Diversity, gender roles, and representation in DevOps
Liz Keogh: You know, I'm not the right person to ask. Every time somebody asks me what the difference is between a team with a woman on it and a team without one, I say I don't know because I've never been on a team without a woman on it. I'm not an expert; being a woman does not make me an expert on what it's like to be a woman in development—I couldn't possibly tell you. I do know that nobody told me I wasn't supposed to be there.
