4. You are prompted as to whether you want to continue the restore process—just press Yes.
5. The contents of the backup file are displayed. If you are happy then press the Continue button.
6. The next page allows you to specify what exactly you want restored from the backup file. Importantly, you are also asked if you want to:
Merge the contents of the backup into the course
Delete the contents of a course and replace it with the contents of the backup
Create a brand new course
7. You will need to make sure the correct option is chosen. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and press the Continue button.
