Time for Action Displaying a Directory


Choose a topic (I'm going to choose "Fire Kites") and click on Add a resource... (if you don't see this option then check to see if you have editing turned on).

Select Display a directory from the list.

Give this new link a name. I'm going to call the first link Fire kite photographs (2003).

In the Display a directory box, click on Main files directory. All the directories in your course files area will be listed. Choose the folder you want to make available. In my case that's the folder containing photographs of fire kites from 2003:

5. Click on Save and return to course button. I now have a link to my handouts folder that gives the students access to all the files in that folder.

If I click on my new Project handouts link I see this:
