User Access Control (or UAC as it is often called) is a security feature of Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista. The prompts that are displayed are color coded to highlight the level of risk associated with accepting or continuing the process. While we are performing the many administration tasks for the migration, you will see a number of these prompts. Once the configuration is completed, you should then see very few; however, when you do, you should carefully consider if you intended on something changing the core system settings. If you are not sure, always stop or block the action.
During the migration, should you see a blue prompt similar to the one shown in the following screenshot as you start a new task from the menu or click a menu item with the shield on it, you should be safe to continue. If you see any orange or red prompts, this seems suspicious to me and is something to question.
