After the e-mails have been sent, you can monitor the effectiveness of the campaign by accessing the campaign's detail view screen and again clicking on the View Status button. In addition to seeing the number of e-mails still in the queue, you will also see the number of recipients who have read your e-mail, the number of click-throughs (and which URL they visited), the number of recipients who have opted-out, and other details as shown in the following screenshot:
Although not shown in the preceding image, the status screen also tracks the number of accounts, leads, and opportunities generated by your campaign. This measurement is based on the Campaign value of said records matching the currently examined campaign.
Lastly, if you click on the View ROI button on the campaign's detail view screen, you will be able to see the financial information relating to the campaign, as shown in the following screenshot:
