The new Template Manager interface allows you to quickly jump from the Template Manager: Styles tab to Template Manager: Templates tab.
Template Styles are a new concept in Joomla! 1.6. You can configure any template through a series of options and save this as a Template Style. You can then assign this specific style to one or more menu items.
It's possible to give individual pages a specific look either by assigning a Template Style to menu items from the template settings screen, or by assigning the appropriate Template Style directly from the specific menu items.
