Interactive Reporting provides the ability to edit all of the SQL in the query by leveraging the Custom SQL option along with editing the column definitions in the Request line. The Custom SQL window allows for editing all of the SQL in a query from the FROM statement forward, where this window can be used to create user-defined SQL as well as override the rigid join conditions created by the software through creating custom join conditions. To open the Custom SQL window, click on the View menu and select Custom SQL. The window opens to an editable textbox as shown in the following screenshot:
