Oracle Hyperion Interactive Reporting is one of the many products in the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management software suite, an industry-leading business intelligence software package. Legend


The Legend is used to provide information about elements in one of the Data Layout areas. The Legend can be shown or hidden, and provides a set of formatting options. The easiest method for modifying the Legend is left-clicking on the Legend in the chart to highlight the section and then right-click to bring up the Legend options.

The Legend options include Auto-Size, Hide Legend, Wrap Legend Text, Show Legend Outline, and Set Legend On. The Set Legend On property is used to set the Legend to one of the Data Layout sections. The following options provide different options for setting the Legend:

Right-click method

Format menu method

Section toolbar

Highlight the legend in the chart and right-click

Highlight over the Set Legend On menu item and select one of the Data Layout options

Open the Format Menu and select the Set Legend On menu item

Select one of the Data Layout options from the Set Legend On window

Click on the down arrow of the middle button in the Section toolbar
