Phew! It was a long chapter. But once again, we've learned almost all there is to know about the Content Server workflows.

You now know how to create a workflow. You've seen the different types of workflows and you've created one of each. You've seen how to use scripting to customize them, how to create reusable pieces, and how to group approvers.

The next chapter will be an easy one. We will look at virtual folders and I'll show you how to use Windows Explorer and MS Office applications to contribute content.
