Changing the Dashboard headers and footers


You've just got to love a software program that is as flexible as ACT!. By now you should be really comfortable about making changes to the ACT! Dashboards and their components. Changing a component's headers and footers is a great way to describe exactly what a Dashboard component does. For example, you might have changed the default Opportunity by User component to reflect just those individuals in one specific sales team; changing the header makes looking at the component a whole lot clearer.

Getting ready

By now you know the drill; in order to change a component you need to first identify the component that needs changing.

How to do it...

  1. 1. Click the Dashboard icon on the navigation bar to access the Dashboard view.
