Introduction

Creating a Module


In this section, we will create a new module and discuss typical module organization. In the last chapter, we created a generic XML resource type (genxml) for storing XML data. This module will provide eXtensible Stylesheet Language Transformations (XSLT) functionality for transforming XML into HTML.

To create a new module, go to the administration view and click on the magic wand icon. OpenCms will present a form to complete that looks something like this:
