  1. Once the account gets created, auto-post the account details to a Chatter group (Sales Executive).

    Hint: If the Sales Executive Chatter group does not exist in your Salesforce organization, create a new one.

  2. Once the Opportunity is successfully closed, auto-post a linkpost on a Chatter group (Sales Executive). The output should look similar to the following screenshot:

    Hint: Go to Create a Queue and give the name as Mechanical Engineers.

    Hint: Create a new user named Helina Jolly in your organization.

  5. Once the account becomes inactive, send an e-mail notification to all Opportunity owners related to that account. Also update the related open Opportunity status to Closed-Lost.
