Introduction

This chapter focuses on the services of the various environments used in a customer implementation project. We will also cover the servicing of environments typically used by ISVs.

The important part of this chapter is the process. The actual details of the tasks can be found in the Operations documentation. The recipes are written to help this process make more sense as to why, which is mainly to help manage how updates are applied and to minimize the risk of regression.
