Creating details master (main table) forms

For those that are used to Dynamics AX 2012, this style of form replaces the List page and separates the Details form used for main tables, such as Products and Customers. List pages are effectively deprecated for this purpose. It may seem a little confusing at first, as we are developing two views of a form at the same time. However, once we have done this a few times, it becomes more automatic.

The pattern pane will be our guide in this recipe, helping us simplify the process, and reminding us when we have forgotten a key step. We are continuing the form design for the main table, ConWHSVehicleTable. However, this recipe can be used as a pattern for any main table.
