Creating documentation

As part of the communication job, you have to create documentation with the dev and design team that will actually implement the results. It is important to create clear documents in order to let them easily understand what has to be done. As a good practice, you may want to organize a presentation for them and let them ask questions and interact with you.

It is also important to be available for them to ask you anything while they are designing and coding the implementation. If you made sure to keep them involved along the project and managed to have a good relationship with them, probably you had a great brainstorm session in order to find together suitable solutions for the UX issues based on your research.

Make sure to keep every documentation well organized in accessible folders: you can use Google Drive, Dropbox, Sharepoint, or any other cloud drive to share them, for example.

You can also use tools such as Quip, a nice tool in research documentation and insights...
