Build registration forms with Vue.js


When we created the UI of the register page, we didn't add any behavior. In this section, we will add the ability to get the values of the fields in the form, the ability to handle the click action on the Create account button, and the ability to send registration data to the backend.

Here are the details of what we need to do. First of all, we will create a form object with these three properties: username, emailAddress, and password, in the data property of the Vue instance. The initial values of these properties will be empty strings. We will bind them to the form's input fields. After that, we will create a submitForm() method to handle the submit event of the form. Inside the submitForm() method, we will call the register() method of the Registration Service that will be written in the frontend/src/services/registration/index.js file. Inside that service, we will useaxiosto send the registration details to the backend.
