Chapter 11. Summary

Writing this book was an exciting and uplifting experience for me. For the past two years, my life has revolved around conversational experiences on voice and chat, and being able to share this information with more readers and conversational revolutionists feels like a true blessing.

While writing this book, a lot has changed in this extremely fast-growing and dynamic market. New devices and new capabilities have been introduced, and I literally needed to rewrite some parts of the book due to newly introduced features and capabilities from Google. It might be that, in a few months from now, some of the book's insights and predictions will become void, as technology and expertise continue to grow and advance.

I started the book with the declaration that "conversational user interface is changing the way that we interact" and I do believe that this is the main message of my book. We are witnessing a paradigm shift in communication, which we are familiar with from the science...
