Minor cosmetic changes will need the skills of someone who uses computer graphics software and likely some simple HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)—the code used to generate and format web pages. If none of your employees possess these skills, you will need the services of a local web development and graphical design organization. If you already have a company logo and accompanying color scheme, the costs to customize the look of your CRM should not be significant, but do expect to pay for additional services if you wish to create a new logo, or modify your existing one or color scheme.
