The CRM training process


CRM training has two goals. One is to make the users familiar with the system and teach them how to use it. The other goal is to generate positive momentum and enthusiasm for the implementation.

To accomplish this latter goal, you need to make sure that people like what they see, especially the general sales staff and to some degree the general administrative staff—as these are the two most likely sources of resistance and negative reactions.
