We now understand a little bit more about the business issue shared mailboxes are designed to help us overcome, how they compare to other technologies available within Exchange Server 2010, and what challenges we'll face when we're looking to get iOS devices like the iPhone connected. Next, we'll get some hands-on experience making use of shared mailboxes.
Going back to our example organization and the example earlier in the chapter, Lisa Jane Designs is looking to make use of shared mailboxes initially to provide a single Sales Team shared mailbox.
