Representing your enterprise


The simplest way to represent an enterprise in Oracle HRMS Application is by defining it as a business group.

A business group is the one that holds a complete, self-contained set of information on work structures, remuneration policies, and the employees of the company. It represents the consolidated enterprise, a major division, or an operation company.

The most important decision while creating a business group is whether you need a single business group or multiple business groups. This decision is based on many factors. If your enterprise is operating in a single country then there is no need to create multiple business groups. In this case, a single business group will suffice for your needs.
