In this chapter, we took a look at theming Ionic apps. We started off by setting up SCSS and then went through the Ionic SCSS file structure. Then, we overrode variables to change the theme of the application. Finally, we took a sample app and modified its look.

In the next chapter, we are going to look at various Ionic directives and services, which will help us in building Hybrid apps with ease.
