In this chapter, we learned to expand JIRA beyond being just a simple issue-tracking system. Note that both JIRA Agile and issue collector simply built based on the JIRA platform, takes advantage of its already robust issue management features and presents the users with new interfaces and ways to interact with and use JIRA.
