At a base level, to submit your apps to either the App Store or Google Play, you will need a developer membership for the platform(s) of your choice.
For iOS, you will need an Apple Developer membership. This annual, paid membership gives you the ability to publish on all of Apple's platforms-iOS, macOS, and tvOS. It also grants you the option of sending preproduction versions of your applications to beta testers first.
With distribution to an Android device, the most popular channel is the Google Play Store. It reaches every official, Google-supported Android device and requires a Publisher Account.
For both apps, we also need to provide app icons so that our users don't install a blank icon to their devices, and screenshots so that they have a better idea of what they are downloading in advance.
