In this section, we will look at some case studies, which will represent and give a brief idea of the usage and configuration of Service Hubs:

Scenario 1 - The configuration of the Service Hub

Let's consider a scenario where Contoso corporation wants to use the Interactive Service Hub for Service managements. It helps by filtering and reusing the CRM charts as Interactive Charts. Dashboards can contain records from different Entity views. The following steps need to be performed to configure the usage of the Interactive Service Hub:

  1. For configuring the Service Hub, navigate to Settings | Interactive Service Hub, and click on it:
