For example, a business wants to run a daily job at night to send out an e-mail to Opportunity owners 1 week before the Opportunity close date. You can also solve a few of them using Flow and Process Builder.

Let's look at a business scenario. Sara Bareilles is working as a system administrator at Universal Containers. She has received a requirement to create a scheduled job that will run every night at 11:00 P.M. to add all new users created on that day to the Sales Executive Chatter group.
