Privileges required for configuring apps

Before we start discussing the steps required to configure apps in Dynamics 365, it is important to understand the prerequisite security privileges which are required for a particular user, before they are able to have access to configuring apps. This is particularly important if you wish to give a power user or end-user the ability to design and use their own apps.
