Every solution before it is used needs to be deployed in the best manner to support the business and workloads. Oracle CX can be deployed in the following two deployment types:
- Cloud deployment
- Hybrid deployment
Cloud deployment is an easier case, since Oracle CX is cloud-based offering. Hybrid deployment, even though it is more complicated, is more prevalent in corporate environments.
