Getting Started with Oracle Event Processing 11g
By :
We have described in this chapter the history behind the technology, the basic architecture of the Oracle Event Processing event-driven platform, and how you can leverage both the command line and visual tooling available to create application bundles and execute them on the server, in addition to managing and monitoring the environment of the server.
Also we learned how to dynamically manipulate a CQL query in the Visualizer and update an event processor, while the application continues to execute.
Over the subsequent chapters, we take you through a much more detailed review of the major artifacts, elements, and capabilities of Oracle Event Processing, focusing next on how to define and adapt the use of events in your event-driven applications.
