This chapter demonstrated how the BPM process interacts with other processes, services, and events. While walking through the various recipes in this chapter, you analyzed advance and default conversation, and their implementation in the BPM process collaborations. You also witnessed the interaction patterns of synchronous and asynchronous processes and services using events and tasks. The embedded inline and reusable subprocess interaction patterns are also housed in this chapter. The next chapter is focused on correlation patterns.
