Let's try to understand how to put/delete items from the DynamoDB table using PHP:

Create an instance of the DynamoDB client and initialize it with the desired AWS region and credentials:
```
$client = DynamoDbClient::factory(array(

));
```

Create an instance of the batchWriteItem request by specifying which items you wish to put or delete from the DynamoDB table:
