A few points to remember

  1. A process's API name must be less than or equal to 79 characters.

  2. To activate a process, it must have an action added to it.

  3. The process will fail at runtime if it allows initial submitters to manually select the next approver in the approval process.

  4. Process Builder doesn't have an option to delete the records; if you want to do so you must use the combination of Visual Workflow with Process Builder.

  5. The process owner will receive an e-mail from Salesforce; if it fails on runtime or any fault occurs, the error or warning messages might refer to a Flow instead of a process.

  6. Process has same governor limits that apply to Apex.

  7. Process actions are executed in the same order in which they appear in the Process Builder Canvas.

  8. You can't delete an active process; if you want to do so, first deactivate it.
