Chapter 9. Agents and Action Framework

Much of what is visible to end-users exists on the reporting layer and the development of those underlying components has already been discussed in previous chapters. This is all targeted at delivering business analytics to end-users by enabling them to cut through complex datasets in order to discover new insights about their business. These insights are often best realized when they can be acted upon.
