Introduction

On May 3rd of 2017, Power BI premium and Power BI apps were introduced as services to support the deployment and distribution of Power BI content to large groups of users. Power BI premium is, at its core, a dedicated hardware resource for organizations to provision and utilize according to their distinct deployment needs.
