Summary

We started with a discussion of what time series is before diving into forecasting and its types. We then moved towards creating and plotting time series, components of time series and time series decomposition. White noise was discussed at length, as were autocorrelation and smoothing. ETS and the state space model were also covered, as were interventions for improvement. We ended with a discussion of the topics not covered in time series and a few exercises.
