SAP Activate for system conversion to SAP S/4HANA


SAP Activate methodology can also be used by those customers who would like to convert an existing SAP ERP application to SAP S/4HANA, including business data and configuration on an on-premise edition.

In the following diagram, each box represents an activity that we need to execute as part of a workstream under a phase. To support the project planning, the road map links to a project file template that has a structure like the structure of the road map. However, we can model the activity and task levels differently and with a higher level of detail. The Transition to SAP S/4HANA implementation road map is a superset of activities covering all three implementation scenarios:
