Using agile in larger projects


Agile does not guarantee project cost reduction; rather, it is designed to jump start a project with best practice leveraging. So, the first question that we need to ask before starting a project is: "To agile or not to agile?" We need to take into consideration:

  • Project fit: Without any prejudice, evaluate if the project is more suitable for traditional approach or agile.
