Chapter 5. Sample Projects

In this chapter, we will make our learning into sample projects using concepts that we have learned in the previous chapters. We will look at how concepts of agile work in SAP projects. We will take multiple examples from various real-time projects and see how capturing and documenting user requirements and creating product backlog (all in a SAP project perspective) can be done. We will take a closer look at various phases of SAP Activate and how agile concepts are used in these phases. We will also cover industry best practices during a discussion of various concepts.
