Maintaining privacy on the blockchain


Besides security, you need to think about participants' privacy on the blockchain. Privacy is much more nuanced, and it can lead to uncomfortable questions. What needs to be kept private? Why? And from whom?

Nowadays, in many countries around the world, people trust their governments and other social institutions. The idea of government censorship in such countries seems improbable.
