This module is one of the staples of the construction industry. This is a module for questions and answers. When you have a question that needs to be asked, you fill in the appropriate fields and then wait for the answer. The answering party then fills in the answer and you can review the answer, all in one place. There needs to be an ordered and structured location to manage these questions. Parties are contractually bound to ask and answer questions in the correct format and timeframe. There are some basic problems in the workforce with respect to RFIs however.
