In this chapter, you learned how to explore and transform the data related to a business problem. You used a clustering technique to segment the customer base of a bank and a supervised learning technique to identify a score ranking the clients. After building the machine learning model, you were able to cross validate it visualizing the ROC curve and computing the AUC index. In this way, you have been able to choose the most proper technique.
