LCS Business process modeler and VSTS


You may be wondering where and which tool to use to capture detailed information about business processes and requirements. While traditionally Excel, SharePoint, Team Foundation Services (TFS), and various tools were being leveraged, there a need to a tool that would facilitate this information capture quickly and with high productivity. The place for such a tool has been filled with BPM in LCS.

It's easy to manage your business process, subprocess, and requirements in LCS BPM and use them throughout the implementation and after implementation. Based on our experience, the following are the top level steps involved in utilizing LCS BPM in your implementation:
