The following components are based on contact information:

Recently edited contacts
You'll find that the contact components will be completely empty, unless you've recently added new contacts or edited existing ones. However, if you have made changes to the contacts in your database you might want to use the Contacts Dashboard to easily track those changes.
1. Click the Dashboard icon on the navigation bar to open the Dashboard view.
2. Chose the ACT! Contacts Dashboard from the Dashboard drop-down list.
3. Click the Filter button on the component you want to filter data for. The Filter Criteria dialog box opens like the following screenshot:
4. Indicate the number of days you want to include in the component.
5. Select the Record Managers whose records you want to include in the Dashboard component or click one of the Record Manager buttons:
