Filtering the Activity Dashboards


Many organizations want a way to measure the productivity of their employees. Although ACT! supplies a number of reports that will show you that information, the fastest way to access that information is by looking at the Activities Dashboard which contains three activity based components:

  • My Schedule At-A-Glance

  • Activities by User

  • Activity List

Not surprisingly, the filtering options for the activity components offer the same options that you find when scheduling an activity in the first place.

Getting ready

It makes sense that in order to view activities in an Activity Dashboard component, you need to have scheduled an activity or two in the first place.

How to do it...

  1. 1. Click the Dashboard icon on the navigation bar to open the Dashboard view.

  2. 2. Select the ACT! Activities Dashboard from the Dashboard drop-down list.
