The money


The monetary aspect of the project and contracts is the core of PCM. All other modules are built around this core. This is the main differentiator between PCM and many of the other systems on the market. PCM is built on the contractual relationship. The contractual relationship is the center of the universe as far as PCM is concerned. The center of the monetary aspect of PCM is the Cost Worksheet module. All monetary entries into PCM will be placed someplace on the Cost Worksheet (More on these details in Chapter 8, Follow the Money). There are many documents in PCM that deal with money, such as the following:
