In this chapter, you learned how to configure the Personnel Development component. You learned how to maintain the important master data required for the Personnel Development component. We only focused on PD and did not cover the Talent Management/Development suite for the purpose of this chapter. We covered the basic settings required for configuration and learned about the important master data maintained in PD. We also learned how to create appraisal templates based on corporate goals and corporate or team values.
