You may have altered the weightings on a particular skill in the knowledge you could compensate for that by making an adjustment elsewhere in the operating process.
Perhaps the candidate has some special need that has to be catered for in your work environment.
You need to have the plans ready to make the adjustments when the candidate accepts the job. You don't want your new employee discovering on their first day that you have "forgotten" to do what you promised.
