I find this as the most interesting section to pen down. Predicting the future of enterprise gamification is interesting because none of us actually know what's in store but can unleash our imagination to foretell the future keeping in view the current landscape. Let's analyze what the various possibilities could be in the near- and long-term.

As evident throughout the course of the book, gamification is not a new invention. It is definitely something that we have been practicing in some form or the other, be it in the business world or otherwise. Perhaps the term, the structure, and a formalized process on how to go about it are new to us. Considering that the reward and the loyalty programs of the past have evolved as gamification keeping the end user experience in mind, it could pave way to another interesting term in the future.
