In this concluding chapter, we learned how to sustain outcomes by providing a value to the user that is perceived as most important by them. We learned a few strategies that could aid users to adopt the system better. We also explored the future of enterprise gamification, envisioning a wide variety of forthcoming possibilities, both in the context of near- and long-term.
