I would like to thank my wife Rebecca and my baby boy Archer for putting up with me working most evenings and weekends during the development of this book. Their support and encouragement has made the experience an amazing one, thank you both!

I also want to thank my development coach Richard Tubb at www.tubblog.co.uk for encouraging me to start writing and sharing my experience and knowledge.

Also thanks goes to Southern IT Networks for their years of support and providing me with some amazing training and development opportunities.

I hope this book encourages IT administrators everywhere to keep on training and learning new skills.
